Meet your coaches!

Head Coach

Tiffany Doehling
BIO: Hi dancers, dance fans, and dance families! I am so excited to be your new head coach! Other than being a wife to my husband (Nate) and mother to my two children (Evelette, age 5; Emmanuel, age 7mo) my absolute favorite job is teaching/coaching dance! I have been involved with competitive dance since I was 13 years old (I´m 32yo now... I´ll let you do the math ;)). Right out of HS I coached two years as an assistant coach to Mrs. Magda Mueller in St. Charles. From there, I took the head coaching position in Lewiston-Altura. In my first four years with their program they brought home their first ever conference championship and were strong contendors for the state competition. I took a short break from coaching, but quickly found that I couldn´t give it up! I spent one year coaching with Just For Kix, then went back to LA for four more years as their head coach. I took a one year break from HS dance team to start my dance company (The 507 Dance Company), and now here I am... The RPDT head coach! Dance will always be a part of my life - I love sharing my passion, teaching, developing strong relationships, teaching life lessons, and making the dancers feel like they can accomplish anything they set their mind to. I strive to help them be their very best. I am looking forward to helping them have their best season yet!

Leandra Duneman
BIO:
My name is Leandra Duneman. I danced competitively for Rushford Peterson High School. My team and I danced at the state competition - this was one of my favorite memories from dance team!  After
high school, I coached C-Team softball for two years. This will be my fifth year as assistant
coach for the Rushford Peterson Dance Team. I love the combination of strength and creativity
that dance provides athletes. My favorite thing about coaching dance is watching athletes
execute skills that they had no idea they were capable of completing. I am excited to see what our team can achieve this year. I believe in this team and know that they can acheive all of their goals!

Katie Kramer
BIO: I am a college student at Winona State - I recently acheived my minor in coaching! I am orginially from St. Charles, MN and dance on their HS dance team (graduated 2019). At Winona State I am a part of the cheer team, and a cheer captain. I am also a member of the National Society for Collegiate Scholars! I am a double major in health education and physical education with an adapted physical education minor and (like mentioned above) a coaching minor. I love athletics, singing, dancing (of course!), and playing guitar. I work at the Winona YMCA as a fitness instructor, SG Danceworkz as a substitute dance instructor/front desk assistant, and at Legacies as a direct support professional. Growing up, I have taken classes in many different styles of dance. I became involved with the SC dance team in 7th grade competing in styles of jazz and high kick. I was a varsity team member from 8th-12th grade and a state participant and/or state finalist each year! I am so excited to see what this next season will bring!
