BREAD, GASOLINE, and MILK 

The Rushford-Peterson School District #239 will be taking bids for the purchase of gasoline to be purchased at the pumps in Rushford during the 2026-2027 school year. Suppliers who are interested must submit their bid on the bid form that can be found here or by emailing meganboyum@r-pschools.com.  

The Rushford-Peterson Independent School District #239 of Rushford, Minnesota, will receive sealed bids for half pints of milk for the 2026-2027 school year.  Milk is to be delivered weekly to Rushford-Peterson Schools, 1000 Pine Meadows Lane, Rushford, MN 55971. Bid price must include delivery costs.

The Rushford-Peterson Independent School District #239 of Rushford, Minnesota, will be taking bids for bakery products for the 2026-2027 school year.

Bids will be accepted until 12:00 PM, Wednesday, April 1, 2026.  Bids are to be sent to:

REQUEST FOR TRANSPORTATION QUOTES

Rushford-Peterson School District #239 is requesting quotes, subject to direct negotiations, for student transportation services for the 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 school years. This process will include an option to renew the School Bus Transportation Contract for the 2028-2029 and 2029-2030 school years.

The school board reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that is in the best interest of the school district.

GARBAGE/RECYCLING and SNOW REMOVAL BIDS

Notice is hereby given, that Independent School District No.239, Rushford-Peterson Schools, will receive bids for garbage removal and recycling services and snow removal located at 1000 Pine Meadows Lane, Rushford, MN 55971. Services shall begin the week of September 30, 2026 for an initial term of one (1) year.

Bids will be accepted until 12:00 PM, Wednesday, April 15, 2026.  Bids are to be sent to:

The School Board will award the Garbage removal and recycling services and snow removal bid at its regularly scheduled monthly meeting on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the Rushford-Peterson Schools’ Forum Room, 1000 Pine Meadows Lane, Rushford.
