The Minnesota State High School League has developed the Academics, Arts, and Athletics Award Program to (1) recognize and honor high school seniors who have excelled in the classroom, the arts, and athletics; (2) elevate academic standards and create greater awareness of League-sponsored activities and their values; and (3) provide League member schools with an opportunity to participate in a statewide program which supports, promotes, and recognizes academic and extracurricular achievements.

To qualify for the Triple “A” Award a student must:

  1. Be a high school senior; each school may nominate 2 students – one male and one female.
  2. Have a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA and,
  3. Have participated in a league sponsored athletic program and fine arts activity.

IF YOU WISH to be considered as a local nominee and you meet the criteria please fill out the information sheet and return it to the office.  Your information form will be reviewed by a local committee and two seniors will be honored.  These two will then be considered at the subsection, section, and state level and eventually possibly is eligible for a 4-year $1,000 scholarship.
