2023 will be Coach LaFleur’s fourth season as hurdles coach after joining the RPH staff in spring 2020.
Coach LaFleur is a graduate of R-P High School and St. Olaf College with a degree in Biology and Psychology. 
She coached mainly in the elementary setting for several years but has enjoyed working with the junior high
and high school athletes to pass on her passion for Track & Field.
