Level 1-2 Students

Level 3+ Students

  • Core instruction from classroom teachers
  • 15-20 minutes of fluency reading passages and packet work (R, W)
  • Daily tech-free activity from schedule (R, L, S, W)
  • Google Meet/Zoom lesson 1 time a week
    • Read-Aloud with vocabulary/comprehension questions (L, S, W)
    • TRTW lesson (R, L, S, W)

 

Secondary

Level 1-2 Students

Level 3+ Students

  • Daily tech-free activity from schedule (R, L, S, W)
  • Weekly Grammar activity on quill.com (R, W)
  • Google Meet/Zoom lesson 1 time a week
    • Read-Aloud with vocabulary/comprehension questions (L, S, W)
    • TRTW lesson (R, L, S, W)

(Reading = R, Writing = W, Listening = L, and Speaking = S)

Classroom teachers will be collaborating with the EL teacher to provide appropriate scaffolds, supports, and modifications, and alternative assessments for EL students. 

The EL teacher/coordinator will be connecting with families via text message (Say Hi translate App), mailed documents, and Zoom/Google meet sessions at least one time a week.
